Heute morgen um 5 Uhr ging es los und wie immer Stau auf der Autobahn A3. Nach etwa 10,5 Stunden hatten wir unser Ziel erreicht. Ein schönes Hotel mit Blick auf den Traunsee. Abladen, Parken und einchecken im Hotel stand auf dem Plan. Für uns war ein kleines Apartment reserviert mit viel Platz, nicht schlecht. Danach ging es mit den Spydern zum Festgelände, etwa 3 Minuten entfernt. Eingecheckt haben 380 Personen und 285 Spyder und Ryker aus 20 verschiedenen Ländern. Klasse Stimmung hier und wir haben so einige lustige Gespräche geführt. Ab 19 Uhr 30 gab es gegrilltes mit anschließender Begrüßung und das Briefing für die nächsten Tage. Morgen steht der Besuch im Rotax Motorenwerk auf dem Programm und anschließend noch ein paar Kilometer Spyder-Fahren zur Auswahl.

This morning at 5 o'clock we started and as always traffic jam on the highway A3. After about 10.5 hours we had reached our destination. A beautiful hotel with a view of the Traunsee. Unloading, parking and check-in at the hotel was on the plan. A small apartment was reserved for us with plenty of space, not bad. Then we took the spyders to the festival site, about 3 minutes away. Checked in 380 people and 285 spyders and rykers from 20 different countries. Great atmosphere here and we had some fun conversations. From 19:30 we had a barbecue followed by a welcome and the briefing for the next days. Tomorrow is the visit to the Rotax engine plant on the program and then a few kilometers of Spyder driving to choose from.Read more
