    First Stop - Dubai

    October 14, 2016 in the United Arab Emirates ⋅ ☀️ 36 °C

First Stop Dubai! I had a really comfortable flight with emirates. My plane arrived about 0.30 am and after a short time i received my baggage back. Now i had to sleep several hours at the airport before going to the center. On day 1 i visited mainly the Dubai Mall which is amazing huge. I reached it after a approx. 2 hour walk with my backpack cause the metro station at my hostel wasn't open as early as i've been there in the morning. Was definetly no fun cause the temperature was feeling nearly 40 degrees already. But made some sport, also good. 🙄😂 In the evening i admired the water fountaine show in front of the burj khalifa. The show was so nice in the darkness with all the lights and animations. The next day i went to the beach and took a last meal in the Dubai Mall before going to the airport and flying to the next destination in the afternoon. Dubai was good to stay for 2 days but its quite enough for sightseeing there.Read more

    7 days in Hong Kong

    October 16, 2016 in Hong Kong ⋅ ☀️ 29 °C

There i am Hong Kong! Unfortunately had some rainy days but although it was all nice days there. I visited the Victoria Harbour, Victoria Peak, Big Buddha, some temples and made a one day trip to Macau. Played some slot machines there but had no luck. Looking forward to Vegas and making it better. 😄 Macau is not a city i fall in love with but i also wasn't really in the mood to explore the city very well cause i didn't sleep very much. My sleep pattern was really damaged. Sleeping nearly every night from 10pm-2/3am stay awake till 6am and go again for a sleep till 11/12 am. My room neighnour in the hotel didn't improved that. He snored so loud in the night, wasn't sure i should take a look if he's dying - never heard such sounds before. Hope it will be better the next days in Singapur or finally in Australia. My stay in Hong Kong could have been two days less because i explored nearly everything important for me after the fourth day and the following days were rainy but you can't know it previously. After all Hong Kong is a pretty nice and interesting city with a lot of green areas and forest around the city. Although it's a very bad air quality right here despite that. Now it's time to go off to next great City, hopefully - Singapur. :)Read more

    Last Stopover Singapur

    October 27, 2016 in Singapore ⋅ ⛅ 25 °C

My last stopover was Singapore and i stayed there for three days. My hostel was really good and i had a room almost for myself. I made a sightseeing tour with a cool vehicle and have seen some interesting places like botanic garden, Marina Bay or a bird park. I was on the top of the nice Marina Bay Sands hotel where you can take a fantastic view over the city. Singapore takes care a lot of the environment what you can see all over the city. Unfortunately i have forgotten my Ray Ban when i took my baggage from the hostel to go to the airport at the departure day. It still bothers me..Read more

    Finally Cairns!

    October 31, 2016 in Australia ⋅ ☀️ 31 °C

I finally arrived in Cairns at the 27th of October. I had to spend the whole night at the airport cause i arrived at 9pm but sadly the airport closes at 1 am. 😄 So i had to sleep some hours outside the aiport on a blanquett. Cause i couldn't really sleep ther i decided to work to my hostel in the middle of the night.
My hostel is pretty great and really worth it. i ate almost every day Pasta yet cause it's a cheap and good dinner. I skip lunch here very often cause you are at the beach or something and don't really need it. It's a lot of nice people right there but i couldn't find a travelmate for my further journey yet. It's a bit more difficult as i thought previous but i am not in a rush. The only thing which forces it a bit is that the rainseason starts right now in this area and i dont't really need to experience it. But until now the weather has been great every single day and it's my fourth day now. At the moment i spend some time with Mareike and Jannika cause they arrived yesterday here too. Today we booked a daytrip for snorkeling and diving at the Great Barrier Reef. We are really looking forward for it and hope it will be an unforgettable experience.

    Great Barrier Reef

    November 3, 2016 in Australia ⋅ ☀️ 31 °C

The trip to the Great Barrier Reef was hilarious. We departed at 9am to the Outer Reef which is located 30km from the Harbour. The guides parted us in 9 small groups for the dives and before and after your turn you could go into the water for snorkeling. Snorkeling was really relaxed and you was able to snorkel directly above the corals cause some of them was just about 1-2 m under the surface. There was so much fishes and activity under water and with the still colourful corals and was an ungorgettable view. The water was clear like glass and you was able to see far easily around 50 meters. My first dive was a change of feelings. At the beginning i had a bulk of pressure on my ears and i was close to quit the dive cause it was pretty hard. But after sole minutes the pressure left more and more and i could enjoy the dive. And from that point it was so much fun and a great experience with the tank on your back and all the stuff you got with you under water. Cause we visited two locations i booked an additional second dive for the other location for 60$ more what was really worth it. We spend about 35 min under water and the second dive was much more effective dive time cause we needed not many introductions before we started. We dived down to 12,5 meters and have been a group of 6 people. We got a nice lunch and i had a really good time there with Mareike and Jannika.Read more

    White Water Rafting

    November 11, 2016 in Australia ⋅ ☀️ 31 °C

My next booked tour was a white water rafting tour. We have been in the bus for two hours to the rafting spot in the rainforest. The bus picked me up from my hostel in the early morning. The rafting was really boring at the beginning because we were a group of 9 rafts with 7 people each and you had to wait every time on the other rafts. But it was more and more fun with the time. The river was really cool. There was a lot of rocks in and around the water and we were swimming and jumping from those in between. We had a barbecue for lunch and we have been around 5 hours rafting in total. It was maybe not every Dollar worth cause i paid 210$ for that but it was a lot of fun although.Read more
