    Grand Teton National Park

    August 14, 2021 in the United States ⋅ ⛅ 75 °F

We were out the door by 7:30 to go to the Grand Teton National Park. First stop was Mormon Row, an early settlement, followed by many outlooks and scenic spots, seeing Pronghorns. The closest to a bear was an exhibit at Willow Springs where a Ranger talked about bears in the area (the paths were blocked off due to heavy near activity), as well as a wolf family that had migrated from Yellowstone.

The Grand Tetons leave you in awe of the beauty and ruggedness of the Park, with snow pack still visible in August. Jackson Lake was very low but I loved the bike trails throughout the park with many groups using them.

After encountering a family wedding taking pictures we realized that it was starting to get crowded so we headed back to Jackson, finishing the day at a local brewery talking to a local internet reporter.
