The Road to Jackson Wy

Aww the need to be flexible! Rt 13 into Jackson had long delays—we heard it from many people at the campground and even Google Maps routed us around it. Yes, Google maps took us up Rt 318, an almost empty paved road. Then we hit Colorado 10N which gave us 30 miles of unpaved road, and took us through open range land (watch for cows in the road because they’re just wandering around). Also, beautiful, rocky, wild scenery, going through BLM land and a Wild Horse Sanctuary, with canyons and animal trails up the side of steep hills.

And took a rock in the windshield as well. Need to get that fixed. Made it to Jackson—it’s going to be a great visit.Leer más
