Hervey Bay

The ride from Bororen was intermittently wet through mostly grazing land but also with cane and pineapples. Fortunately the weather cleared enough for us to get the tents up dry. Well when I say ‘dry’ - my tent was in a pool of water at the bottom of the small pannier... looks like water is getting in somewhere so need to wrap things until I figure out what’s happening. It was curry all round, cooked in a well appointed camp kitchen.
