Loch Altan - Belfast

A couple of flu-filled souls with not much sleep made for a pleasant morning - not! On the road at 9. Planned to stop for a wander in Londonderry, but a wrong turn and traffic queues changed that idea. Quick toilet stop and back on the road. Arrived at lunch destination just on 12. A thatched pub operating since 1832.
Arrived at Belfast airport to drop car off. Taxi into town (another humerous taxi driver). Got settled then walked to Titanic museum. Very interesting place. Walked back along the river, a couple of pubs, tea then back for bed. Not sure what to make of Belfast. We saw both ends of the scale and the differences are very noticeable.Leer más
