Last thoughts…

Dianne and I felt that this group was a little old for us. We like to go at a faster pace than the average person on the river cruise. We also did not realize there were 67 locks to pass through. There were 4 days of being on the ship in the afternoons with no where to go. The upper deck was closed.

The food was excellent and the staff on board were first rate. We learned a lot about European history on the various guided tours. We might do this again, but it will probably be at least 5 or 6 years from now.

It is good to be home but we do miss the meals prepared for us and the dishes done. Also our room was tidied and bed made each day. As they say, welcome back to reality😂
