2nd day in Bend. Drove to our start point in the Cascade Lake Area. Was anticipating a hard, steep ride but had a relatively do-able ride. Rode past a few calm, beautiful lakes-one named Devil Lake hence the costume on our guide Rueben. Had a fun downhill section-cruising around 32 miles per hour. Excellent Cardomom bread from a local bakery. Rode past Mt. Bachelor Ski area. Coasted into Bend and had another food truck lunch at a neat brewery.
