At Sea to Key West

Tuesday we departed about 3 PM and spent the night at Sea, arriving in Key West on Wednesday about mid day. Catherine and Sharon were off on their scooters, Lisa & Rob to the Glass-bottom Boat and Brenda & Kevin off to familiar haunts. Sharon and I strolled through the shops, enjoyed some Key Lime Pie and went off the beaten path a bit with roosters, hens, unique trees and plants. We came across the little White House where Roosevelt, Eisenhower and Kennedy stayed. And we saw the original headquarters of Pan Am Airlines, Key West’s oldest schoolhouse and the original Key Lime Pie shop. A very nice day.Baca lagi
