Normandie

Today we all took a bus trip to Omaha Beach, the Musee De Normandie in Caen and the American cemetery where over 9000 WW II US soldiers’ graves (and one from WW I) are located. Baquette sandwichesWeiterlesen
City Sights

Eiffel Tower

One of the largest and well-known churches in the world. The cathedral has been closed since a fire in 2019. It is the hope that it reopens in 2024.

Boat Ride on the Seine

Adjustments had to be made to our trip due to the upcoming Olympics. But that enabled us to take a cruise on the river. What could be better than enjoying a glass of champagne or wine on the RiverWeiterlesen
Basketball & Bon Appetite

The official games began. Rocco’s team won all three of their games. At the end of the day they were in first place!

Gold!

Winning their first two games the U 15 team went into the Final in First Place and stayed true to form. Paris Wold Games Champions brought USA gold medals and a huge trophy. So proud of theseWeiterlesen
Final Leg of a Great Experience

Up at 4 AM in Paris, it was not a bad trip to the airport. Good flight on Air France and great to land back in the USA at JFK. Tough saying goodbye to Rocco and Debbie. But also good to know I will beWeiterlesen
