Sri Mariammam Temple, Singapore

I love these bright, intricate temples sitting against modern skylines! Very similar to a temple we saw in Malaysia too, unfortunately we weren't able to go inside as it shuts in the afternoon, but still happy we were able to see the outside and the 6 tiered tower called a gopuram over the gates.

The temple is situated in Chinatown, not nearby Little India, as it was one of the first Hindu temples built.Read more
