Musuem, Triora, Italy

There were two musuems in Triora, and we decided to go for the cheaper one obviously! This was fun to look around, although all in Italian so it was hard to learn much.

There was information about life in Triora in the past, as well as some impressive neolithic archaeological finds from the area. The main draw is the witches though, and they played into this with lots of witchy memorabilia. There was some information about the actual trials too, with mannequins representing the people involved. I would have liked there to have been more facts regarding the events though, but this could have been because not much information actually remains.Læs mere
