Day 1

Welcome back to another blog series but this time following me as I travel around Thailand, Laos. Vietnam and Cambodia! I’m super excited for the trip and I’m going with an organised group so really looking forward to meeting some new people and hopefully having a lot of fun!

However, before the real fun can start I’ve got to get there! An 11am flight from Heathrow meant a 6am wake up alarm and we managed to have a quick bowl of porridge (thanks to my dad on that one) before heading in the car and once more heading towards Heathrow.

Arriving and giving my final hugs i checked in my bag and went through within 15 minutes! Sadly I couldn’t find the usual giraffe restaurant breakfast that’s in terminal 5 so I settled on a sandwich and a coffee which cost me a mere £12! The budgeting starts after this I think!

I’m now sat waiting to board to fly to Kuala Lumpur which is 13 hours and then connect through to Bangkok which is 3 hours- wish me luck and I’ll catch up with you all on the other end!Okumaya devam et
