    Alice Creek - trailside

    Alice Creek - set up camp trailside in the woods. A 43 mile ride up and over the Snoqualmie Pass, a Cascade mountain pass between eastern and western Washington. The woods now look very much like a Northwest Pacific location and very scenic. The trail led us through Snoqualmie Tunnel. A 2.7 mile train tunnel built in 1914. Lights were required to get through the dark tunnel safely.
    50 miles remain for tomorrow and arriving at the planned finish in Seattle.    Read more
