Kagoshima Nights

My day started early, I packed up the rest of my luggage and loaded it into my rental car, then I refueled and drove it back to the rental car company. They fulfilled their promise and dropped me off at the harbor. There was still some time till Check-in, so I Ieft my luggage in the terminal and walked to the tourist Information Center, where I made my donation to the mountain preservation fund... Financial Strategist -2 points, Philanthropist Wannabe +2 points. Well they did ask about donations in the brochures, like a kind of visitor tax, it just was not enforced. It felt right to pay it to the lovely people of Yakushima, for keeping the mountains clean and the roads safe. Farewell beautiful Yakushima... Back at the Terminal I was a bit worried, because due to the weather they had conditional operation, but my boat left on time and brought me back to Kagoshima even amidst some rough waves. Back in Kagoshima I used the Taxi to get back to the Hotel and then spend a bit of time getting a buffet style lunch before checking in. I was happy to meet my friend from before and we decided to meet in the city after his shift was over to exchange more thoughts and stories. After dinner, I went into the city and took some night shots, before meeting up with my new friend at Tenmonkan Park. From there we casually strolled the streets and talked a lot, it was great, later we also met a Japanese girl who gave me strong Eureebo (made that up) vibes xD like a Japanese weebo, that is a crazy fan of European culture :-) We talked a lot while the outside temperature chilled us down. I really hope we can meet again, either in Japan, Vietnam or Europe :-) It was a fun evening that went on for a really long time and It was almost 2 am when I returned to the Hotel :-) It will be a short night, and later also a short evening once I made it to my Hotel in Hakata.

Zurück am Terminal machte ich mir etwas Sorgen, denn aufgrund des Wetters war der Betrieb eingeschränkt, aber mein Boot fuhr pünktlich ab und brachte mich trotz einiger rauer Wellen zurück nach Kagoshima. Zurück in Kagoshima fuhr ich mit dem Taxi zurück zum Hotel und gönnte mir dann ein bisschen Zeit mit einem Mittagsbuffet, bevor ich eincheckte. Ich freute mich, meinen Freund von vorher wiederzusehen, und wir beschlossen, uns nach seiner Schicht in der Stadt zu treffen, um weitere Gedanken und Geschichten auszutauschen. Nach dem Abendessen ging ich in die Stadt und machte ein paar Nachtaufnahmen, bevor ich meinen neuen Freund im Tenmonkan Park traf. Von da an sind wir entspannt durch die Straßen geschlendert und haben viel geredet, es war großartig, später haben wir auch ein japanisches Mädchen getroffen, das mir starke Eureebo-Vibes (das hab ich mir ausgedacht) verliehen hat xD wie ein japanischer Weebo, der ein verrückter Fan der europäischen Kultur ist :- ) Wir redeten viel, während die Außentemperatur uns abkühlte. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass wir uns wiedersehen können, entweder in Japan, Vietnam oder Europa :-) Es war ein lustiger Abend, der sehr lange dauerte und es war fast 2 Uhr morgens, als ich ins Hotel zurückkehrte :-) Es wird ein Kurze Nacht und später auch ein kurzer Abend, wenn ich mein Hotel in Hakata erreiche.Okumaya devam et
