Rome!

Today was an incredible day at our next port/city: Rome, Italy!

We started our morning at Piazza del Popolo, then walked to The Vatican City where we got to go in St. Peter’s Basilica during a mass, and got to attend Pope Francis’ blessing in St. Peter’s Square which was incredible!!

Then we stopped for a delicious italian lunch before walking through the city to the main sightseeing spots: Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and Spanish Steps. We got some incredible tiramisu along the way. Once back on the cruise ship, we got to see a show from a West End performer which was great.
