Day 2 in Oregon Coast/Portland!

This morning we grabbed some coffee, then started our drive along the beautiful “Trees to Seas Scenic Byway” out to the coast!

Once at the coast, we drove through Tillamook and then made our first stop in Oceanside! We stopped at some overlooks, a lighthouse, and the “Octopus Tree” (which were all incredibls) before we had lunch at a quaint coastal cafe The Blue Agat (such great seafood and homemade, fresh maple donuts)! We then walked down to Tunnel Beach which was amazing, you walk from one beach to another through a tunnel that goes underneath a cliff!

Next we drove through Oswald State Park and stopped at some overlooks as well as a small hike out to Elk Flats Rock. All of this was just so incredibly beautiful! Lastly, we drove up to Cannon Beach where we visited Hug Point beach, then had a drink and some snacks at The Wayfarer while overlooking Haystack Rock.

We then made our way back to Portland and had a delicious vietnamese dinner at Luc Lac!Læs mere
