Halloween in PDC!

We don’t have costumes so we just experiment with my black eyeliner. 😂

Downtown is pretty busy, but bars are mostly closed, or have very limited capacity due to COVID. I heard that bars might be fined if they have anyone in costumes during Halloween, however, I’m not entirely sure if this is factual.Leggi altro
