..travelling seems to get worse each time...this one's highlights...landslip on rail track between Darlington and Newcastle...= big delay...flight ok...Malaga Airport...only 3 of 14 customs posts open...planes landing regularly...massive queues..get out...go down to train station..but onto westbound platform by mistake...no problem...have a few minutes...go back up...down escalator onto eastbound is under repair...wait for lift...my train comes...and goes without me...wait for next train...all in all..about 10 hours to Malaga...absolute joke ...and a big sleep was needed🙂Read more
TravelerI can beat that 😎😎😎! Flight from Kilimanjaro via Mombase to Frankfurt around 9,5 hours. Train from Frankfurt Airport to my hometown ( 103 km ) around 7 hours.... now, it's your turn 😅😅😅!

....it's good to return to a place you know...must be my 5 th time here...maybe more...almost guaranteed the sun...very busy though...big demonstration going on...not Palestine related although they were around ....probably the Spanish.. wanting more pension🤭..but...still got out and about...good accommodation...and plenty of Vit D...just need to plan the days in now.Read more

Traveler..yes…a novelty for me…but only did about 15 kms ..no inclines..a bit ‘ lahm” ..by our usual standards…but still pleasant…☺️

I do have a fascination for these big ships...Mediterranean Shipping Company...they of the containers...also run huge cruise ships...this one...holds 4000 passengers ..it's now left...and on its way up to Marseille...about 14kms done today...surprisingly warm...even before midday...not complaining...mind you 😙…Read more

..the part most tourists would never go to...but I like to be different...so..today...headed West..Malaga Port has a thriving freight business...alongside the cruise ships...on their way round the Med...industrial scenery makes for great pictures...some are from a bygone era... old cranes and rails...but still...all in the sunshine🌞🌞Read more

...my travels have taught me ..it's not always what is in front...Malaga has some cracking shots in the vertical...some from today...sunshine continued..and a most agreeable 23 c...more than double that back in England...where I must now turn my thoughts...as...airport trip is ...tomorrow🙄Read more

..after days of San Miguel...and Victoria Málaga..very average lagers...finally...on my last day...I found Central Beers…who have an exceptional Attik Brewery ..IPA..Imperial…at 8.2%..a Malaga nomad brewery…have allowed time to get to the airport…I think 🤣Read more
