On the ferry to Hayman Island

After the 2 hour 35 minute flight from Melbourne to Hamilton Island, we collected our bags and headed to the Hayman Island concierge desk. The boat wasn’t quite ready, so we sat in the Hayman Island guest lounge at the airport for half an hour before boarding the boat.

We were the one of the first people on so managed to get some good seats by the window.

It was then an hours boat trip from Hamilton Island across to Hayman Island. Once there we were met by buggies that took us to the hotel and were then taken to our suite.Read more
