Ludlow, MA: Day 1

A pretty chill start to the trip. Mom and Hannah were staying at vô's house too. Mom took us to Big Y for some groceries, where we of course ran into Inha. We also made an obligatory stop at Randall's Farm for cider donuts and Elsie's Creamery. I totally missed American-style ice cream. Allan and I got two scoops each, and Allan was pretty surprised at the size of the portions.

Inha and Uncle Tommy came over after dinner to hang out. There was lots of laughter and sharing of old memories, and funny Scottish words. 'Jobby' is Inha's new favorite word though I’m not quite sure she understands the context.Read more
