You just have to be a tourist. That was dinner tonight. Apologies to vegetarians. The restaurant is aptly named “Hog Wild”.

TravelerReally good. The pork knuckle was brined, roasted and deep fried. We had a green mango salad that was delicious, sweet potato fries and roasted corn. Terrific hot sauce (ouch!) and a pitcher of Bintang.
