A terrific Balinese food day

There is so much interesting food in Bali. Today’s lunch focused on Duck: spring rolls, fried duck and smoked duck. Mid afternoon ice cream: passion fruit sorbet and ginger gelato. Dinner: corn fritters with lime peel, gado gado (fresh vegetables with peanuts), fried local chicken and a delicious fish curry. Lucky I walked 5 miles today.Read more
