Unlike most glaciers, the Perito Moreno glacier continues to grow rather than retreat. The face of the glacier is up to 70 metres high in some places, 30km long and 5km wide. ResenärAbsolutely stunning and must have been quite surreal, the beauty and remoteness 😊. huge glacier. i recall being in San Carlos Bariloche and hearing the crack of ice off the top of the mountains, the beauty of the experience!
