Alishan Nationalpark - Tashan Trail

Heute ging es für mich zum zweiten Mal in den Alishan Nationalpark. An etwa 1/3 der Tagen liegt starker Nebel über Alishan, so auch heute. Für mich zunächst eine willkommene Abwechslung nach klarem Himmel bei meinem letzten Besuch. Heute ging es für mich auf die höchste Spitze im Alishan Erholungsgebiet, einem kleinen Bereich des Nationalparks, der Besuchern mit Bussen und Zügen besonders leicht zugänglich gemacht wird. Der Nationalpark selbst ist nämlich deutlich größer, lässt sich aber nicht ohne Auto oder Scooter erkunden.

Der Weg führte durch einen dichten und nebligen Wald, manchmal entlang alter Bahnschienen, manchmal entlang von Abgründen, immer jedoch mit einer weißen Wand vor den Augen. Wie ich bereits erwähnt hatte, machte mir das eingangs nichts aus, zumal ich hoffte, über der Wolkendecke am Gipfel, mehr zu sehen. Tja, leider weit gefehlt. Daher kann ich leider nur wenige Bilder mit euch teilen, denn viel gab es wirklich nicht zu sehen. Trotzdem war es eine schöne und entspannte Wanderung und allein den Park bei so kontrastierenden Wetterlagen zu sehen war es wert!

Today I went to Alishan National Park for the second time. On about 1/3 of the days there is heavy fog over Alishan, as was the case today. A welcome change for me after clear skies on my last visit. Today I went to the highest peak in the Alishan Recreation Area, a small area of the national park that is made particularly easily accessible to visitors by bus and train. The national park itself is much larger, but cannot be explored without a car or scooter.

The path led through a dense and foggy forest, sometimes along old railroad tracks, sometimes along precipices, but always with a white wall in front of my eyes. As I mentioned earlier, I didn't mind the fog at first, especially as I was hoping to see more above the cloud cover at the summit. Well, unfortunately the reality was far from it. That's why I can only share a few pictures with you, because there really wasn't much to see. Nevertheless, it was a nice and relaxing hike and just seeing the park in such contrasting weather conditions was worth it!Read more
