After driving the Cabot Trail, we stopped in Baddeck to visit the Alexander Graham Museum, then to Glace Bay for the Miner’s Museum. Both very well done and informative. Finally, we spend a whole day at Louisbourg. Very fun to be immersed in the life of French colonists at the fortress as it would have been in the year 1744.Leer más

ViajeroIt’s a wooden horse, with a very pointy back. If you were caught sleeping on guard duty or other “crimes”, you had to sit on the horse … with your hands tied behind your back … and weights tied to your feet.
