Goodbye Nova Scotia!

After Louisbourg, we started heading our way out of Cape Breton towards Pictou to catch the last ferry to PEI. It was a cold and rainy day, so we did not do any visiting, however, we stopped a couple of times where we had good cell coverage to catch a few of Adriel’s games in Orléans, France and Renée’s tournament in Halifax which were all streamed online. 🙂 Unfortunately, with the bad weather, the ferry was cancelled, so we stayed in Pictou for the night to wait for the morning ferry…which was also cancelled, this time due to mechanical issues. 🙄 This gave us the opportunity to visit the local museum which talked about the first Scottish settlers who came on the Ship Hector in 1637. Finally, we drove down the coast to cross the bridge to PEI.Läs mer
