Temple of Dendera

We started our last day on the Nile visiting the temple of Dendera. It took 1.5h on the bus to reach the temple but the site is stunning. The temple was huge and expanded through different ages from old Egyptians to Romans. The inside is amazing, with very well conserved carvings and the original colors still preserved in many rooms. The columns area at the entrance is breathtaking and the temple contains many crypts and mysterious figures, like the rebirth chamber, or a representation that looks like a light bulb.もっと詳しく
