Rotorua

We made it!!! We had a good flight to Auckland and drove from there directly to Rotorua. We had great weather most of the day - a warm sunny 28 degrees. We passed some beautiful scenery of green rolling hills, grazing cows, huge hedges and lots of pretty hydrangeas and agapanthus. It just started raining as we drove in to Rotorua with the rotten egg smell of the thermal pools in our nostrils. Its now sunny again at 8pm!!! Will get out and about tomorrow and take some photos.
