While in Hastings I also found the hardware shop where Thomas Long worked - F L Bone. A lovely lady called Julie showed us around and told us the history and all about the Bone family. It isn't just a hardware shop now - they mainly sell Aga stoves and kitchen fittings. Some of the original shelves from 1885 are still intact. Julie also told us about the old Art Deco shop front (in the street behind the current shop) which is now used for displays. An amazing find 😊Leer más
