Gibbston Valley Winery

I went on a lovely tour of Gibbston Valley Winery just outside Queenstown today. Went into the "wine cave" and saw the oak barrels where the wine is matured and tasted four of their different wines. Then I had a two course lunch with matched wines. BBQ lamb leg with 2015 Pinot Noir followed by the chocolate tart and salted caramel ice cream with the Special Reserve Pinot Noir which I later found out is $120 a bottle 😳 Lastly, a quick spin around the shop and the cheesery.
