Left Herrerias about 8.30am by taxi up to O'Cebreiro del Bierzo. Arrived at Fonfria 1.15pm.
We were going to leave shortly after 9am today and take a horse up the long, slow climbing 6k road hill climb, but it was cancelled at the last minute due to the rain.

6k up to O'Cebreiro, a then 12 walk.
We had a couple of steep climbs on our walk today, reaching 1400ft. The weather was chilly, windy and some rain as well.Read more
