Akancho to Urahiro 88km

It was a nice ride in cool misty weather, partly along the coast, but eventually heading inland. We visited a well set up Ainu museum, with some great information. Late afternoon we pulled into a very nice camping ground at Urahoro just as it was starting to rain. We ask about bungalows, but they are out of service due to maintenance. The nice people at the reception had a discussion and eventually they offered us a donga with nice carpet and power. We happily accepted and they all trouped down to show us in. 5 minutes later a crew of the workers all piled in and installed curtains on the 3 windows, laughing the heads off.
