Dorrigon National Park

After another early morning walk & run on the beach, the kids had an Easter egg hunt and then we headed up to Dorrigo National Park.

Stopping at the Old Butter Factory at Bellingen for some fantastic scones, we headed up to Dorrigo and out to Dangar Falls where we walked down to the bottom of the falls.

After that we headed to Dorrigo National Park where we completed a 3 km walk down to the Crystal Shower Falls, coming across a Blue-Spotted Forest Skink (Silvascincus murrayi) and a mating pair of superb lyrebird (Menura novaehollandiae).

Claire drove back down the mountain and to the camp where we were greeted with an amazing sunset.Leggi altro
