Last Sea Day

Our last day on the Getaway…the highlight of today was spending the $44 left in my account. Things are expensive on the ship but I did my best. One can of Pringles, Snickers, Almond Snickers, two packs of Oreos, Reeces Cups, Ritz cheesy sandwich crackers, a pin from the photo gallery, two gourmet cupcakes and 4 bon bons later, I figured I’d spent as close to the $44 as possible only to find I’d forgotten the 20% gratuity and now OWED a grand total of $1.25.

So back down to the service desk we went. The gentleman behind the counter did hod best not to crack up when I smacked five quarters down on the space between us with a flourish. Accounts completely cleared! Mom also got her internet minutes back…seems like there had been some problems with the boat’s system. I feel bad for the internet desk attendant. By 5 pm the line at her station was 60 people long.

Mom and I did one last game of trivia, riddles this time and actually won with 11/20 questions. I will be returning home with my prized NCL playing cards.

We had dinner at O’sheehan’s, fish and chips for me and cheese burger for mom. After that we stayed mostly in our room packing up for an early disembarkation tomorrow morning. We didn’t go to the shows. But I’ll put some clips off the previous one to make this post more interesting…Okumaya devam et
