Victoria, British Columbia

Ahh, Victoria…in the rain…on an NCL tour. In short we followed directions and ended up at the back of the line. Bus windows were tinted with no stops for pics. It rained. Tour guide did nothing but talk about obscure architecture and bricks. Tour started 10 minutes later and ended 15 minutes early. So our hour trip ended up being about 40 minutes. We learned nothing about Victoria. Back on the ship to pack and get ready.

Got to see an impromptu tap show and Kyrie played Last Man Standing. Mom and I had a very good dinner at the Q restaurant, great barbecue and live country western music. Kyrie snagged another rubber turtle for her day by day display.

Tags came from port valet but I still had to stay up late to check in via Southwest to get decent boarding positions. Fell asleep around 11:30 pm.

Kyrie made friends with a seagull. I swear the same gull was there in the morning when we arrived at the port in Seattle…Read more
