Sat-Left Myrtle Beach around 10am. Got through Nashville and arrived in LA around 3pm.

Sun-Called an Uber to get to the port near Long Beach. We are on the NCL Bliss headed for Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas. We were some of the first to embark and killed time till the rooms were ready. Our attendant is named Katut. There were quite a few long, long lines for this and that. Sadly we have no access to the Internet because the travel agent screwed up. We are attempting to fix that. Ended up falling asleep kinda early around 9pm.

Mon-up about 6:30. Took a shower. Ate a small breakfast at the best kept secret on this build of ships, the observatory. Nice and quiet. We attempted trivia and lost we. But I did the this or that game and won on a question about lettuce and cabbage. We attempted to solve the internet issue again which was ridiculously stressful. Eventually the Internet Manager just gave us the 150 minutes.

Had dinner at “Q” Smokehouse and it was awesome. They let us split the dinner thank goodness or we’d have wasted a whole chicken! There was live country music by a Filipino band who all sounded like George Strait.

The show today was ICONS. It’s a tribute show with impersonators of musicians from 1970-now.

Tues-Up a bit before 8, nice breakfast at Taste. We REALLY bombed trivia…watched fruit carving, did better at trivia with emoji songs. Met some nice people, one couple lived across the bridge from Point Pleasant where the Mothman was sighted and another couple who had on a Cowboy Bebop Live t-shirt. They had seen the concert of music in Ventura. Truly is a small world.

We rested up in the afternoon to get ready for Puerto Vallarta. Ate at Savor/Taste then retired to the room and watched the movie Miracle. In bed by 10.
