    Cape Gloucester, regardless being a stunning hidden gem, was a tough one to be honest. Struggled a lot with feeling part of and had countless really bad days. Nevertheless, started getting closer to the english girls and started to really love them, started doing pasta nights once a week when we'd cook together, and really enjoyed my time off writting, reading, and even making puzzles. Some of the crew came back as Sukh and Fred, a kind couple in love with Australia, or sweet Emm, the now sous chef. Started to get to know more the regulars and to advance with the restaurant doing things such as table service or tons of specials (something that I needed for myself). Still was starting to get tired of hospitality, and couldn't stop counting the days to go on my next adventure.Read more
