Cordoba Old Town

By the afternoon we'd made it back around to the old town in the heart of the city centre. A very nice area of town although disappointly the statue in the square does not conform to the horse leg statue precedent.

The two legs off the floor here indicates that the rider died in battle, whilst in fact he actually died of illness in old age.

To get over this disappointment we meandered through the local shops and made veggie chicken, egg and mushroom sandwiches for tea!Læs mere
