Laina Oder to Nowarpani

And the rain continues from the night before. And we thought this was the tail end of the dry season here in Nepal. We started the morning with rain gear on and covers for our back packs made of plastic bags. The beginning of the hike would start out steep for the first 2-3 miles but eventually would level out a bit, THANK YOU as I was still struggling with the trots. By lunchtime the rain had stopped and it was sunny. We climbed about 1000 ft today as opposed to 3000 ft yesterday. My boots are delaminating as they are 15 years old, but wish I discovered this pre departure from the US. I have faith they will hang in there. It started raining again when we got to camp and we met a very nice family who's daughters spoke very good English, they attended boarding school in Danai which is quite a hike back to where we came from.
