Ernest Hemmingway's House

Next we're heading to Ernest Hemmingway's house, a lovely 2 storey house with a veranda going all around the upper floor.

The house is very popular and it was quite hard to get around, bad timing by us there was a large cruise ship docked and this was one of the excursions.

The house and gardens are full of cats, all descendants from the 40 cats that Hemmingway had when he lived here, remarkable from all having six toes down the generations.Read more
