    St. Peter Port, Guernsey

    July 20, 2019 in Guernsey ⋅ ⛅ 18 °C

After waking early due to the tenders outside our bedroom window being prepared for launching we had a leisurely breakfast before leaving ship. The trip over on the tender was very rocky and not much fun but I made it and Fi can still feel her fingers. There is another liner anchored alongside us in the bay and as I write this, while having a cuppa and a toasted teacake another The Condor , a ferry, has just turned up. So far what we have seen of Guernsey has been very nice mainly due to the fact the sun is shining once again. Tonight is a formal night once again and I think we will have the the parade of The Baked Alaska, hopefully pictures to follow.Read more
