Global warming

The very first sight I saw after a tortuous and poorly signed (but maybe that was because I can't read Cryllic scripts,) exit from the docks, this is what I discovered: Albania's version of a carbon tax.
Now whether this makes clear what will happen to petrol users, or if it is restricting use of the pollutant to a limited subset of potential clients, I could not work out and did not have the bxxxx to try.Læs mere
