    Sophisticated typical Japanese toilets, butt warmers. 3 hr train to Takayama from Kanazawa. Had amazing Hida beef. My meal was a combo plate that I cooked a little more. Laura grilled hers. "Hida-gyu" (Hida Beef) is the specific name given to beef from a black-haired Japanese cattle breed, that has been raised in Gifu.
