    The most popular type of restaurants in this area aren't French restaurants but Greek Gyro places. Oddly, none of the gyro meat is pork, which is usually one of the main ingredients of a gyro. Instead, all of the meat, everywhere, is chicken. We're thinking that they don't serve pork because all of the people working in these restaurants are Muslims. I guess that would also explain why they all look Middle Eastern rather than Greek. I wonder why they all want to run Greek restaurants rather than serve food from their own culture.
