Where is Everyone?

After a great dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, Kathy was feeling tired and was ready to go back to the hotel and get some sleep. I was still wide awake and was thinking about going out to get some night time shooting done. I was shocked at how empty the streets were after we left the Hard Rock Cafe. Where is everyone? I didn't really feel comfortable walking around such empty streets in a city that I still wasn't very familiar with. With everything already closed, what could I possibly take pictures of anyway?
