User Unfriendly

After much deliberation, Sam decided to go ahead with the CGC grading process. His next step was to input walk the books he wanted graded into their computer. This is a process that the CGC staff should have been doing. Their system was not user friendly at all and the representative he was dealing with made no effort to hide how annoyed he was whenever Sam made a mistake trying to input his books. With the amount of money he was paying them, a bit more patience and understanding should have been extended. If it was me, I would have just taken my books and left.Read more
