A Bad Start

So far, I'm not very impressed with Alitalia at all. They made me check my luggage, and charged me for it, our boarding was delayed for a bit over an hour, and then, when we did finally board, it was the most inefficient and unorganized process I've ever seen. We told the flight attendant where our seats were and he demanded to see our boarding passes, as if we were lying to him. How rude! Then, after seeing our passes, he directed us to the wrong side of the plane! I'm thinking that he did it on purpose. My water bottle is now gone. Apparently it rolled under the seat and although I've asked people seated around me, nobody has seen it. I guess that I'll never get it back. On top of all that there is some sort of metal box under the seat in front of me so I have very little leg room and the entertainment screen in front of me isn't working.
