Stuck on the Sidewalk

We see some people walking around under the Arc de Triomphe but we have no idea how they got there. We've been looking for a crosswalk or traffic lights but we haven't seen any. Is everyone just running across the street and hoping that they make it? That crazy and incredibly dangerous! We want to get closer to the Arc de Triomphe, but not that much!Read more
