Jam Session

Jams, jellies and marmalades seem to be very popular treats in England. Fortnum and Mason had a entire section of their store devoted to them. I enjoy jam and jelly but I'm not really sure what a marmalade is. I know it's something like a jelly but not quite. What's the difference between jams, jellies and marmalades?
